We're here to show you how through Social Media!
This week's update is a quick tutorial on how to use your booking links beyond your website.
Keeping up with the trends and best practices of social media and digital marketing can be a daunting task. We're here to help you leverage the selling power of your online bookings through FaceBook without having to become an expert. There is a short video guide at the bottom to help you achieve the goal of selling directly on your FaceBook page.
You are likely familiar with the more common way to sell on social media, which is through paid Ads that reach a specific target audience. This can be contingent on your budget, your time to create the ads, and the knowledge to target effectively. If you have those resources then go for it! However, you don't have to wait until you have these costly resources in order to boost sales. You can even do this without having a website. What's even better, is that once you've done a little up-front set up, your booking links are passive channels of income while you are able to focus on your customers!
Your FaceBook page has three components that allow you to link directly to your unique booking links, which are available through Event Book Manager (your online booking software).
Home Page Call To Action Button: This can be customized to invite your customers to book directly from your FaceBook home page.
Shop Feature: This feature allows you to add products with enough detail and a direct link to that product's purchase page. This can be a product or essentially, anything you sell (classes, appointments, rentals, etc...)
Events Feature: This feature is typically used for once-off events, but it is advanced enough to add a schedule to an event that reoccurs. There is also the option of providing a direct link to this event that takes your customers directly to the buying page.
You are making it as easy as possible for your customers to book with you. Making your customers happy before they even speak to you or meet you is the ultimate customer service!!
